KSrelief Center's Demining Project in Yemen "MASAM" extracted 1307 of landmines, unexploded ordnances (UXO) and explosive devices in the fourth week of November 2021.
KSrelief Center reported that MASAM managed to remove 273 anti-tanks and 26 anti-personal landmines, 1001 UXOs and 7 explosives devices.
This large amount of landmines were laid down by Iran-allied Houthi militiamen all over Yemeni regions.
Since it has commenced its demining mission MASAM removed 290 thousand and 353 landmines.
