Ambassador or the Republic of Yemen to the State of Kuwait Dr. Ali Bin Safa'a met today with Assistant of Kuwaiti Foreign Minister for Arab World Affairs Nasser al-Qahtani.

Yemeni-Kuwaiti bilateral relationships and the latest developments in the Yemeni national arena was key focus of the conversations.

Bin Safa'a detailed al-Qahtani on Houthi militia's continuing military operations on Marib governorate and the grave violations and atrocities against the civilians.

He blamed Iranian involvement in the Yemen conflict for protracting the war, worsening the Yemeni peoples' suffering, citing the UN Experts' report published on January 25, 2021 which plainly noted that Iran regime has continued to supply Houthi militiamen with weapons, experts and militants.
