Deputy Minister of Higher Education and Technical Education Abd- Rabu al-Mahwalli discussed Tuesday with the delegation of International Labor Organization ministry's needs of improving skills and data base of the ministry.
The meeting reviewed improving database of government bodies associated with the ministry and importance of updating and revising educational and training curricula, which keep pace with needs of labor market currently.
Al-Mahwal confirmed significance of cooperation and commencing preparing, updating organizing standards of the works and foundations of technical education and vocational training and improving capabilities of trainers.
For his part, the head of the delegation of ILO confirmed significance of joint work for implementing projects and programs helping in improving work in the ministry and educational and training process.
