The Kuwaiti Fund for Arab Economic Development signed Thursday a Grant Agreement with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) worth $1.2 million to contribute to the rehabilitation and maintenance of homes for displaced persons in Yemen.

PM calls on political constituencies to support government's efforts to manage challenges

Prime Minister Dr. Ma'een Abdulmalik called on all Yemeni political forces and constituencies to align behind the technocrats government in order to cope with the formidable challenges facing the country at this critical moment.
He said " All political forces at this stage must contribute to sustain the government's efforts, this is imperative to cope with the obstacles. The political forces engaged in the technocrats government have a genuine test to support the state institutions, back the national military and local resistance fighters in the fateful battle against Houthi militia".
His statement came during a virtual deliberations he conducted today with the representatives of the political parties and constituencies which included in the technocrats government.
He highlighted the multiple challenges the country has been enduring militarily, economically and politically, urging all political forces to align themselves in a united national front joint efforts to handle the problems and counter Houthi militia's coup and scheme.
