Member of the Presidential Leadership Council, Major General Aidroos al-Zubaidi, met with Prime Minister Salem Saleh bin Breik to discuss the government's progress in addressing urgent tasks, particularly in the economic and service sectors.
Al-Zubaidi emphasized the need for the government to expedite its efforts to alleviate the suffering of citizens, stressing that any delay in government performance is unacceptable given the current challenges.
The meeting reviewed the government's efforts to ensure the payment of salaries to public sector employees, both civilian and military, and discussed ways to sustain these efforts.
Al-Zubaidi reaffirmed the Presidential Leadership Council's full support for the government's efforts and its readiness to provide necessary facilitation to enable the government to fulfill its responsibilities towards citizens.
