Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Dr. Ahmed Bin Mubarak received today credential papers of the newly appointed Norwegian Ambassador to the Republic of Yemen Tomas Paul.
Bin Mubarak welcomed the Ambassador, promising all necessary facilitations to make his mission successful, wishing him all the best.
They conferred over the topical issues in Yemen including Houthi militia military operations on Marib and the militiamen grave violations and atrocities against the civilians and IDPs.
The Norwegian Ambassador expressed his country's support for Yemen's unity, sovereignty and its territorial integrity.
He stated that the Kingdom of Norway is very keen to strengthen relations with Yemen, contribute to the efforts aiming to establish peace, security and stability.
