The General Authority of Civil Aviation confirms the need to obtain prior authorization to enter Yemen's airspace
The Civil Aviation and Met. Authority, in the temporary capital Aden, confirmed that airlines, international organizations and operators must obtain a prior flight permission from the Authority to enter the airspace of the Republic of Yemen, as it is the official civil aviation authority of the country.

KSrelief Center's Demining Project in Yemen "MASAM" managed to pull out 1,352 of landmines, unexploded ordnances (UXO) and explosive devices in the 4th week of August 29, 2021.
These landmines were planted by Iran-allied Houthi militiamen in different Yemen regions.
This brings the total number of the landmines demined by MASAM up to 271 thousand and 275 since it has started its mission.
