Health Minister chairs meeting over the difficulties facing the health sector in Marib

A meeting was held today in the city of Marib, chaired by the Minister of Public Health and Population Dr. Qassem Beheibeh, to discuss the health sector in Marib especially the difficulties it faces and how to address them.

The meeting reviewed the annual performance report of the Health Ministry’s branch office and its achievements during the past year and the most important basic needs of health facilities and centers to ensure the continuation of providing services and improving performance.

It discussed the role of international organizations partnering with the Ministry in supporting the health sector, providing its needs, and contributing to providing various medical and health services to the IDPs and the host communities alike.
