Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Dr. Ahmed Bin Mubarak held virtual discussions today with the Minister of International Relations and Cooperation in South Africa Naledi Pandor.
Bin Mubarak detailed Pandor on the developments in Yemen and international efforts aiming to put an end of the Houthi militia triggered war, make peace and re-establish security and stability.
The Minister underscored the importance of advancing bilateral ties between Yemen and South Africa through signing on agreement of the Yemeni-South African Partnership Forum to bring the bilateral cooperation into broader scope in different spheres.
The South African Minister reiterated her country's support for the Yemeni legitimate government, Yemen's unity, security and territorials integrity.
Pandor stated that South Africa is ready to promote bilateral relations and partnership between the two countries.
