Leadership Council Avows To Take All Measures To Prevent Violations of Yemeni sovereignty

The Presidential Leadership Council (PLC)held an extraordinary meeting chaired by His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, the Chairman of the Council, with the presence of all its members Sultan al-Aradah, Tariq Saleh, Abdulrahman al-Mahrami, Dr. Abdullah al-Alimi, Othman Majli, Mahmoud al-Subaihi and Salem Al-Khanbashi to discuss national and regional developments and the proposed policies to address them at all levels. Up to 1400 landmines, UXOs removed in a week

KSrelief Center's Demining Project in Yemen "MASAM" managed to remove more than 1400 landmines, unexploded ordnances (UXO) in the 4th week of February of 2021.

The Center reported that "MASAM" extracted 21 anti-personnel, 391 anti-tanks landmines and 1015 UXOs and one an explosive device.

These landmines laid-down by Iran-backed Houthi militiamen in different parts of Yemen.
MASAM has demined 220,352 landmines since it has started its demining mission.
