The Yemeni Alliance for Monitoring Human Rights Violations or (Rasd Alliance) revealed that it has counted and documented 73 violations committed by Iran-backed Houthi militia against inhabitants of districts of Salah, Kahira and al-Muzhafar, Taiz during November 1, 2019 until December 19, 2020.
In a release entitled "non-stopped shelling" released on Monday, the alliance made it clear that the mortar shelling waged by Houthi militia from its positions northern and eastern the city of Taiz targeting populated areas in the city, killing 11 civilians, out of them six children and injuring 37 others among them 21 children and four women.
The shelling damaged 25 establishments and public and private possessions.
The Executive Director of Rasd Alliance Mutahar al-Buthaiji said releasing the report comes on the bases of investigative monitoring made by the alliance's team in Taiz in five populated areas targeted by the militia from their positions.
