President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi has stressed the imperative of unifying the efforts of the government and the local authority of Aden to counter “the criminal plots” and prosecute the implementation of the Riyadh Agreement, a framework under which the government and the Southern Transitional Council share power over the south.

In a phone conversation with the governor of Aden Ahmed Lamlas, Hadi emphasized on the importance of cooperation between the federal government and Aden authority to improve the overall life, beef up security and counter any plots to destabilize security in Aden and elsewhere.
