Yemen's Ministry of Culture condemned the Houthi militia's kidnapping today of its ex-minister, a renowned Yemeni intellectual, Khaled al-Ruwaishan.
In a statement, the ministry said the "backward Houthi militia is proving day after day that there is no limit to its crimes and that the militia is in complete animosity with all social and human values."
Al-Roweishan who is living in the Houthi-held Sana'a published a poem praising the government-held city of Marib for repelling the repeated Houthi military campaigns before he was abducted by the militia from his house early today.
