Prime Minister Dr. Ma'een Abdulmalik followed underway relief efforts by Marib local authority and the Emergency Team to cope with the damages caused by heavy rainfalls and floods overwhelmed the governorate yesterday.
In a telephone call he conducted Thursday with the Governor of Marib Maj. General Sultan al-Arradah Dr. Ma'een informed about the damages in human properties.
Al-Arradah provided a preliminary report about the people who died, missing and affected by the floods which swept away the camps of the IDPs. He also cited damages of public and private-owned property, roads and electricity network.
