A failed Houthi ballistic missile landed in Al-Safraa district of Saada province, the rebel militia's original stronghold.
The spokesman of the Arab Coalition Col Turki al-Maliki said the missile launched from Sana'a to target Saudi Arabia failed and landed near the village of Akwan in al-Safraa, about 200 kms away from its launch site in the militant-controlled capital city of Sana'a.
Al-Maliki said the terrorist militia continue deliberate violations of the international humanitarian law by firing indiscriminate ballistic missiles toward civilian and heavily populated areas.
The Coalition is determined to neutralize those ballistic capabilities in order to protect civilians in Yemen and the regional and global security.
