Yemen's government condemned in the strongest terms the cowardly Houthi terror attack with missiles against the Saudi capital Riyadh and the city of Jizan on Saturday evening.
A statement by the Yemeni foreign ministry said the continuity of such terror attacks soon after the Iran-backed Houthi militia had accepted the UN Secretary General's call for de-escalation in Yemen "signals the militia's lack of interest and will to engage in peace." The statement said the militia's dishonoring of the de-escalation calls reflects " only the typical Iranian style of deception and foot-dragging."
