The National Army's engineering team destroyed Friday 1000 landmines, explosives and unexploded shells planted by Houthi militia in Baqim, eastern Sa'da.
Colonel Dhaifallah al-Khawlani told Saba that the destruction process included 800 anti-armored landmines, 60 explosive devices and 70 unexploded shells, in addition to dozens of war-waste shells.
He made it clear that the landmines and explosives were planted in people's farms, houses, roads and public places in Baqim.
