The European Union (EU) strongly condemned the attack by the Iranian-backed Houthi terrorist militias on the commercial ship (MINERVAGRACHT), which flies the Dutch flag in the Gulf of Aden.

VP arrives in Marib, follows on field developments

Vice President Lt. Gen. Ali Mohsen Saleh arrived in Marib on Tuesday to follow up on the latest field developments in the government-held provinces, on the military level and on the pace of developmental projects.
Upon his arrival, the Vice President met the Defense Minister, the governor of Marib, the commander of the army's Joint Operations and the commander of the Arab Coalition's forces in Marib.
They discussed the Yemeni army's advances against the Iran-backed militants thanks to the Coalition's support.
The Vice President thanked all members of the Saudi-led Coalition for their various forms of support they offer to Yemen.
He pointed out to the suffering of Yemenis living in Houthi-held areas, the dangers posed by the Houthi coup and the imperative of uniting efforts to end the coup to establish peace and realize the Yemeni aspiration for a federal state of six regions.
