The National Army's engineering teams destroyed Friday 5000 mines and explosive devices have been planted by Houthi militia in a number of villages and areas in liberated part of Hajja.
The engineering teams removed 5000 mines and explosive devices laid in different fake forms in villages southern Haradh and destroyed today, a military source told Armed Forces Information Center.
The source added that up to 37000 mines and explosives have been removed and destroyed in the Fifth Military Region.
Houthi rebel militia plants as many as numbers of mines in fake forms in housing compounds and in roads and even in farms, threatening lives of civilians.
