The Kuwaiti Fund for Arab Economic Development signed Thursday a Grant Agreement with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) worth $1.2 million to contribute to the rehabilitation and maintenance of homes for displaced persons in Yemen.

Government's team inspects rainfalls damages in Lahj

A governmental team headed by Deputy Premier Dr Ahmed al-Khanbashi paid an inspection visit to Lahj governorate.
The team toured several affected areas as a result of the torrential rainfalls and floods which swept a number of governorates recently.
Al-Khanbashi convened a session included Minister of Local Administration Abduraqeeb Fatah, Minister of Public Health and Population Dr Nasser Ba-aum , Governor of Lahj Maj. General Ahmed Turki and senor government's officials in charge.
The governor reported about the basic services and humanitarian situations in the IDPs camps. It is important to mention that there are 12 IDPs camps in the governorate.
