MASAM extracts 578 Houthi-laid landmines in first week of February

The Saudi demining project "MASAM" has announced that it had extracted 578 Houthi-laid landmines in different parts of Yemen in the first week of February,
MASAM is part of a $40 million initiative by the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief).
So far MASAM has removed a total of 41,591 landmines of all kinds and various disguised shapes planted by the coupist militia in public roads, schools and houses.
Hundreds of Yemeni civilians have been killed and disabled as a result of such landmines.
