Taiz Military Committee has stressed raising combating-readiness to foil any infiltration try by Houthi rebel militia to positions of the national army western Taiz.
The meeting held on Tuesday and presided over by First Deputy Governor of Taiz Dr. Abdulqawi al-Mikhlafi tackled Houthi militia's movements and sending huge military reinforcements- including tanks- to front lines in western and northern areas of Taiz city.
On the other hand, the Commander of Taiz Police General Mansour al-Akhali inspected on Tuesday performance of Migration, Passports and Nationality Authority.
Listening to details on the ongoing work from the authority Director Mansour al-Abdali, al-Akhali praised efforts of the authority's staff for providing services to the citizens.
He stressed on critical investigations of data of passport seekers and confirmed his support to the migration authority for good performance.
For his part, al-Abdali confirmed that 2019 will be the year of accomplishment and improvement of the authority's performance.
