Minister of Public Health and Population Dr. Nasser Mohsen Baoom has stressed the imperative of the UNICEF's delegation of full authority to their office in Yemen's temporary capital Aden.
In a meeting with the UNICEF's representative in Yemen, Meritxell Relaño, here on Friday, Baoom said the organization should move their headquarters from the Houthi rebels-held Sana'a altogether to Aden.
