Preliminary meeting held Sunday in the temporary capital Aden aimed to discuss necessary arrangements and measures need to be taken to secure the UN's agencies and international organizations operate in our country.
The meeting included Governor of Aden, Ahmed Salimain Rabe'a, Deputy Chief of Staff Maj. General Saleh Azendani, Commander of Military Police Maj. General Nasser Annobah, senior officials of security and intelligence and Director of the UN Office of Security and Safety Victor Fabian.
Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Interior Eng. Ahmed Almaysari who chaired the session stated that the Ministry of Interior is ready to provide every assistance may be required to improve capacities of security services and protect the international organizations.
Fabian applauded efforts have been made by Ministry of Interior to protect the UN's agencies and secure their actions.
