Foreign Minister Khaled al-Yemany has participated in the 150th Session of the Arab League for the Arab Foreign Ministers called by Jordan on The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA).
The session discussed the campaign facing the agency for reduction and cancellation of its role in taking care of Palestinian people and discussed financing the agency, especially after US recent decisions of halting its contributions to the annual budget of the agency.
The meeting also tackled Arab joint work in the UN General Assembly's meetings to be held next month in New York for renewing the contract of the agency.
