Minister of Public Health and Population Dr Nasser Ba-aum visited Thursday the headquarters of the International Committee of Red Cross (ICRC) in Geneva.
Dr Ba-aum extended condolences on the murder of the ICRC official Hanna Lahood while he was on duty in our country.
Ba-aum met with the official in charge of Middle East and Yemen file in the ICRC Yahya Khleal.
Ba-aum's conversations with Khaleal focused the ICRC's future programs and activities in our country.
The Minister raised the issue of the detainees and prisoners held in the Houthi militia's jails, namely senior civilian and military leaders that the International Security Council resolution 2216 included a reference to.
