The Kuwaiti Fund for Arab Economic Development signed Thursday a Grant Agreement with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) worth $1.2 million to contribute to the rehabilitation and maintenance of homes for displaced persons in Yemen.

VP stresses complementarity between military field units and departments

Vice President, the Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant-General Ali Mohsen Saleh, met today with a number of commanders of field military units and directors of departments on the importance of coordination and cooperation between them.
The Vice President praised the efforts exerted to complete Yemen's liberation and rebuild the army and its institutions to be prepared for the national undertakings.
The Vice-President stressed that the success of military performance requirescomplimentarily and connection between the army units in the field and the various military departments.
The commanders presented to the Vice President reports of progress and plans to improve performance and ensure the success of coordination, expressing their appreciation and thanks for the support and attention of the political leadership and member countries of the Saudi-led Arab Coalition.
