The Kuwaiti Fund for Arab Economic Development signed Thursday a Grant Agreement with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) worth $1.2 million to contribute to the rehabilitation and maintenance of homes for displaced persons in Yemen.

Rasp-Sah road project has been approved to be established at total cost estimated at 1 billion and 900 millions Yemeni Rial (YR). The project site has already been handed over to the implementing contractor.
The 22-km long road connects the coastal districts with inland districts of Hudramout province.
Ten more projects have been endorsed by the local authority. These projects included education, water and health facilities.
