A scientific conference on blood disorders and tumors was wrapped up in the temporary capital Aden on Sunday after days of deliberations that involved 150 Yemeni doctors and medical researchersand 25 scientific studies.
The conference stressed the imperative of implementing the National Strategy for Fighting Cancers, expediting the allocation of a budget for the cancer fighting centers in Aden and Hadhramout and setting up the national register for cancer patients.
The conference also recommended expediting the equipment of the Chemotherapy Center in Aden and financing the cancer prevention program there.
