The Cabinet approved the prioritizationguides for its work plan of 2018 during a meeting in Aden on Wednesday.
The Cabinet directed all ministries to and governmental departments to prioritize their sectorial plans as per the guides and to present them to the Cabinet as soon as possible to be incorporated into the government's master plan.
The government's guides prioritize the reversal of the Houthi militia's coup, normalization of life in liberated provinces, reconstruction and development matters.
As concrete steps, these priorities aim to re-open state institutions that are closed as a result of the conflict, controlling the revenues, and resuming the audit and control on corruption, among several other measures.
