The spokesman of the Arab Coalition Forces C. Torki al-Maliki said that the Houthi militias fired a ballistic missile into Saudi village in Najran near the borders with Yemen.
The missile hit a residential complex and caused the slight injury of one person, a worker of a Saudi company in the same area. The attack set some private properties ablaze before the fire was put down.
Al Maliki told the press that "this hostile act by the Houthi militias is the result of the continuous smuggling of arms and missiles to them by certain regional parties that support them, to threaten the Saudi, regional and international security."
Firing ballistic missiles at populated cities and villages violates international humanitarian law, he said.
