[01/08/2017 05:56]
ISTANBUL –SABA
The Republic of Yemen has saluted the steadfastness of the Palestinian people in the face Israeli occupation.

In a speech at the extraordinary session of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation OIC member foreign ministers, held in Istanbul, today, the Yemeni ambassador to Turkey, said the Palestinians are defending al-Aqsa Mosque and other Islamic and Christian shrines with their bare breasts.

The ambassador expressed Yemen's condemnation in the strongest terms of the repeated Israeli violations against the Palestinians, especially in the occupied Jerusalem and in Al-Aqs. The Israeli violations include their policies for Judaizing Jerusalem.

He stressed the importance of full and absolute Islamic solidarity with the Palestinian people in the face of those policies and aggressive practices.

The ambassador pointed that peace will not prevail in the region and the situations are liable to explosion in case the peace process is not resumed in accordance with the UN resolutions and Arab peace initiative.
