ICRC signs agreements to support health and hygiene projects

The International Committee of the Red Cross and the local government havesigned agreements today to support health, hygiene, sanitation and prosthetic limbs fabrication projects in Taiz.
Present in the signature ceremony were the ICRC Taiz representative Steven Clair and senior Taiz officials including the Deputy Governor ArefJamel.
The dep. governor and ICRC representative addressed humanitarian issues in the city which has been under more than two year long siege by the Saleh-Houthi militias.
The dep.governor hailed the ICRC's support to Taiz in various fields that ameliorate the people's wretched living conditions.
