The Kuwaiti Fund for Arab Economic Development signed Thursday a Grant Agreement with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) worth $1.2 million to contribute to the rehabilitation and maintenance of homes for displaced persons in Yemen.

During a meeting with China Ambassador to Yemen Tian Qi, Bajash lauded the distinguished relations between the two friendly countries, and the Chinese support to Yemen in different fields.
For his part, the Chinese Ambassador stressed his country's positions supporting Yemen, urging all Yemeni sides to reach a reconciliation through negotiations to terminate Yemen's crisis in accordance with the basic terms of reference.
He also expressed readiness of China to enhance relations with Yemen at all levels, underlining that China will contribute in the reconstruction of Yemen.
