Minister of the Civil Administration has warned against the seizure of humanitarian assistances and relief by the Houthi-Saleh militias.
He further said that the militias created numerous custom checkpoints at entries of the capital Sana'a and other main cities to seize relief coveys and impose illegal tariffs on commodities.
Fatah told the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) that such checkpoints worsened the humanitarian situation in some governorates.
He demanded the UN Humanitarian Coordinator Jimmy McGoldrick and the UN organizations to condemn the acts practiced by the Houthi-Saleh militias, pointing out that they often abuse Yemeni merchants and workers of relief organizations.
He held the Houthi-Saleh militias responsible for deteriorated humanitarian situation in the governorates run by them, signaling out that they conduct mass sanctions against the Yemenis.
