Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Dr. Shaya Zindani was briefed on Tuesday on the latest developments and conditions of citizens in Ibb Governorate, amid the continued control of the Houthi militia and ongoing violations against civilians.
This came during his meeting with Ibb Governor Abdulwahab Al-Waeli, where discussions focused on the humanitarian, security, and living conditions facing residents of the governorate under the current circumstances.
The Prime Minister reiterated the government’s support for governors in areas forcibly controlled by the Houthi militia, stressing the importance of maintaining communication with citizens and backing their aspirations for freedom and the restoration of state institutions. He also praised the resilience of citizens who, he said, continue to confront violations and reject the militia’s sectarian agenda.
