The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center's Demining Project in Yemen, known as "MASAM" managed to remove 2,676 of landmines, unexploded ordnance (UXO) and improvised explosive devices (IED) during the third week of February 2026.
All landmines were planted randomly by the Iranian-backed Houthi terrorist militias.
The Center reported that 17 anti-personnel and 149 anti-tank landmines, 2,484 UXO and 2 IED were removed.
It is important to note that MASAM removed 544,187 of landmines, UXO and IED since it has started its demining mission in 2018.
