[25/12/2025 05:03]

RIYADH - SABA
Member of the Presidential Leadership Council Sheikh Othman Mujalli met Thursday with the chairmanship of the Consultation and Reconciliation Authority, represented by the Vice-Chairmen of the Consultation and Reconciliation Authority Abdulmalik al-Mikhlafi, Sakhr al-Wajeeh, Jamila Ali Raja, and Akram al-Amiri.

During the meeting, developments on the national scene in the governorates were discussed, and responsible ideas were discussed to get the country out of the current crisis, correct positions, return forces to their previous positions, maintain public tranquility in Hadhramaut and Al Mahrah governorates, and provide services in the temporary capital Aden.

Mujalli and the Vice-Presidents of the Consultation and Reconciliation Authority welcomed the statement issued by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which affirmed the support of the President, the Presidential Leadership Council, and the Yemeni government to achieve security, stability, development, and peace in Yemen.

At the end of his conversation with the presidency of the Consultation and Reconciliation Authority, Mujalli stated that the terms of reference are clear and that they are the reference for resolving all urgent disputes and overcoming them affects the work of the institutions as they are the real guarantors of the work of the Presidential Leadership Council and the government.

In turn, the members of the Presidency of the Authority expressed the need to respect constitutional and legal references, stressing that diverting attention from the main battle against the terrorist Houthi militias supported by the Iranian regime doubles the concerns of the Yemeni people and increases the human suffering that the coalition and the international community, along with the Leadership Council, seek to alleviate and move towards construction and creating positive change within the map of national consensus.
