Yemen and Jordan Strengthen Cooperation in Passport and Civil Affairs

Yemen's Ambassador to Jordan, Dr. Jalal Faqira, met with Jordan's Director General of Civil Status and Passports, Engineer Ghaith Al-Tayyeb, to enhance bilateral cooperation in passport and civil affairs between the two countries.
Dr. Faqira emphasized the deep fraternal ties between Yemen and Jordan, thanking the Jordanian government for facilitating services for Yemeni residents.
He praised Jordan's digital transformation and e-passport issuance experience, expressing Yemen's interest in benefiting from it to improve electronic services for citizens.
Engineer Al-Tayyeb expressed Jordan's readiness to provide support and cooperation to Yemen in this field, including expertise sharing and capacity building.
