Minister al-Zaouri inspects work progress at Fund of Disabled in Aden

Minister of Social Affairs and Labor, Dr. Mohamed al-Zahouri inspected Tuesday the ongoing work at the Fund for Care and Rehabilitation of the Disabled at its main center in the temporary capital, Aden.

Al-Zaouri listened to a detailed explanation from the Fund's Executive Director, Dr. Najwa Fadl, about the services provided to people with disabilities and the measures taken to enhance the Fund's activities in the upcoming period, in line with the stability of the local currency against foreign currencies.

Minister al-Zaouri praised the efforts made by the Fund's management in caring for people with disabilities despite the economic conditions the country has faced recently.

He emphasized the need to double efforts in improving performance, following up with relevant authorities to secure the Fund's resources, benefiting from the improvement in the local currency exchange rate and working to enhance the Fund's activities to provide better health services for people with disabilities than before.
