Ahmed Shammar, Chargé d'Affaires of the Yemeni Embassy in Bulgaria, met with Ambassador Rumen Petrov, Head of the Middle East and Africa Department at the Bulgarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to discuss the latest developments in Yemen.
During the meeting, Shammar briefed Petrov on the escalating tensions with Houthi militia and the government's efforts to achieve security, stability, and peace.
In response, Petrov reaffirmed Bulgaria's support for efforts to achieve stability and peace in Yemen and the region.
