The Council of the European Union (EU) in Brussels approved 46 projects for the so-called Global Gateway of the EU for 2025.
"This selection of key initiatives helps to demonstrate the comprehensive support provided by the EU and its Member States to partners around the world in terms of sectors of activity, as well as countries and regions concerned," the European Council said in a statement.
The projects identified are pilot projects by the ambassadors of the EU Member States are examples of Global Gateway outputs in the fields of digital, climate, energy, transport, health, education and research.
