Israeli shelling kills 20 Palestinian civilians in Jabalia and Beit Lahia camps

As many as 20 Palestinians lost their lives and several others sustained various injuries in Israeli shelling on Jabalia camp and Beit Lahia project area north of the Gaza Strip today.

Palestinian medical sources reported that the bodies of 12 martyrs, including children and women, were recovered from areas where IDPs in Beit Lahia were gathering before they came under violent Israeli artillery shelling. Eight Palestinians were also martyred in Israeli shelling on Al-Alami area in Jabalia camp, which has been under siege for the third week in a row.
