Governor of Lahij Major General Ahmed Turki discussed Sunday with Representative of Human Access Najeeb al-Saqqaf mechanisms of implementation of international organizations' interventions in new sustainable relief and development projects.
During the meeting, which was attended by Dr. Hisham al-Saqqaf, the Director of the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation Office in the governorate, Governor Turki emphasized the local authority's commitment to ensuring that residents and displaced persons in the governorate benefit from financial and material assistances.
He also highlighted the governorate leadership's eagerness to provide all necessary facilities for the organization work in order to implement its humanitarian programs aimed at alleviating the conditions of residents and displaced individuals.
