TOKYO – SABA
The Japan Meteorological Agency issued new warnings today of a strong typhoon approaching western and eastern Japan including Tokyo on Tuesday and Wednesday, which may cause the suspension of high-speed train services as a precautionary arrangement.

The powerful storm is expected to bring lightning, wind, hail and heavy rain during the day and tomorrow before the arrival of the tropical storm.
