The Yemeni government renewed its call on the United Nations and all international agencies to move their headquarters to the temporary capital Aden as this would ensure a safe and appropriate environment for the work of these organizations and the provision of their humanitarian services to all Yemenis in all Yemeni regions without obstacles or restrictions.
In its statement before the UN Security Council session held today, Yemen’s permanent representative to the United Nations Ambassador Abdullah Al-Saadi expressed the Yemeni government strong condemnation of the terrorist Houthi militias’ kidnapping of dozens of UN and international and local non-governmental organizations' staff operating in Yemen.
