His Excellency President Rashad al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC) sent a congratulatory cable to His Excellency President Vladimir Putin the President of the Russian Federation on his country National Day.

He expressed his own and on behalf of the PLC's members sincere congratulations to President Putin, whining him good health and happiness, more prosperity for the friendly Russian Federation, further development for the Yemeni-Russian bilateral relations.

The Chairman of the PLC praised the Russian steadfast stance in support of Yemen, its people and internationally recognized government and political leadership.
