Water Minister explains report of climate, development in Yemen

Minister of Water and Environment Eng. Tawfiq al-Sharjabi explained today, Thursday, in Amman a detailed report about climate and development in Yemen.
The report covered four main areas including water and food security, human development and adaption in the two sectors of health and education, management of disasters risks and flexibility of financings.
The report also touched upon the impacts of climate change upon water and food security and the methods of adapting to climate changes amid different potential scenarios and possible solutions to deal with the climate changes and the development challenges.
