The Kuwaiti Fund for Arab Economic Development signed Thursday a Grant Agreement with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) worth $1.2 million to contribute to the rehabilitation and maintenance of homes for displaced persons in Yemen.

Yemen participates in Arab League ministerial council's session

Yemen took part in the 161st session of the Arab League's ministerial council held in Cairo today.
Speaking at the session, the head of our country's delegation the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Mansour Baggash recounted the developments in Yemeni, and Presidential Leadership Council and the government's efforts in the peace process, and their supportive attitudes to the regional and international efforts to broker a political solution.
Baggash referred to the terrorist Houthi militia's atrocities against the Yemeni people since the 2014 coup including the crime of the war and the crime of besieging cities and cutting off roads in a manner that strangled and brought misery and suffering upon the Yemeni people.
