The Kuwaiti Fund for Arab Economic Development signed Thursday a Grant Agreement with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) worth $1.2 million to contribute to the rehabilitation and maintenance of homes for displaced persons in Yemen.

Yemen participates in the 32nd meeting of Economic, Social Council

The Republic of Yemen has participated in the 32nd Meeting of the Organizations Committee of Coordination and Follow Up resulted from the Economic and Social Council by a delegation headed by Ambassador of Yemen to Tunesia Abdulnasser Bahabeeb.
The meeting, which is being held in the office of the Arab Organization for Education, Culture and Sciences in Tunesia in the period of 17-20 of this July, discusses reports and accomplishments of Arab Specialized Organizations.
The meeting also discusses reports of control agencies, reports of final accounting and others and coming out with decisions and recommendations aiming at enhancing and improving works of Arab organizations and unions.
